This was so cute, young love at it finest. 3 rich dudes with more money than sense, but with hearts in the right place. The trailer park girl confused about her feelings, a bet, winner takes all. Awesome read, can't wait to read next one
This book was easy to get into and I found myself at the end in no time. I did not see that ending coming, and now I want the next book.
This book had plenty of potential. However felt entirely too rushed. You expect some cliches around short-ish RH novels, but the characters lacked depth except Skylar and even she was underwhelming. I liked her relationship with her little sister, Bella and even her mom turns out okay. It was like a rushed Hallmark Christmas movie - I watch for fluff romance. Well this was just like it, but a tad too predictable and rushed scenes. I guess the part that annoyed me the most was how the Bet was revealed/ discovered. This is what knocked it way down for me. I can take cliche stories for the holidays, but please have a climax and better resolution than that.Spoiler Alert!!!!!I mean was Max thinking oh we should be honest or is he just dumb? In the middle of gaming and teasing, just drop the bomb, "oh we made a bet to see who you would fall for - umm choose". She reacts believable at the beginning - storming out. However. then it's all swept under the rug??? That was so irritating. You forgive them after a day basically- no fight, no this was wrong, why should she trust you after you bet on her feelings then in the next breath Sky date us all. Umm, okay? They rescue her and bam all is forgotten and a week later hop on a plane to Hawaii with them. I just wanted more than that I guess.
This was a quick and adorable story, I loved the characters and the adorably sweet relationship between Skylar and Bella. I would love to read what happens next, the start to their relationship is sweet and I’d really enjoy finding out what happens when they go back to school. Also, there have got to be more hotties at that school, are they going to get stories too, is this going to turn into a series? That would be awesome. The ending was a bit over the top in my opinion, but it definitely sets it up for an interesting start to a second book, if Lux Carmine decides to pursue that.
I really enjoyed this book. This is what I like in a story, the guys being friends or brothers and working towards helping/romancing/loving the female lead. Skylar is a sweetie and working hard to not only keep food on the table but to make sure her four year old sister has Christmas presents for Christmas. Parker, Devin and Max all fall for her and the fun ensues. Definitely recommend this book and now I'm on to the next one! Enjoy! 💚💜💛💙
Really enjoyed the main character and her harem. It’s a nice story of a little unrealistic sometimes but mostly a sweet story with great development of the characters and their relationship. I’ve been in a bit of a slump and this is just what I needed. Now on to book 2! Light heat if really any especially with thembeing seniors in high school.
Can i tell you i am a Christmas nut this book is right up my alley.. i usually dnt like books where it’s girl from the wrong side of the track with a rich harem but i totally fell in love with this one max and the guys are literally everything hoping to see more of them
