I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT THE QUALITY AND presentation of this book. It is a hardback book, not too long so as to bore a child halfway through it, and the illustrations are softly done giving it a unique quality. I am excited to put this in my granddaughter's Christmas stocking. I will add an inscription for her in the front, because this is an heirloom worthy book. LOVE it!

Little Golden books are and always have been good classic books for small children. They have all the classics and most loved characters. I ordered this book for my son for Christmas and another Little Golden book from the same seller and I'm satisfied with both. They came quick as expected with Prime free 2 day shipping. The books were brand new like they had never even had the cover open. I'm satisfied with the order, product and seller and would definitely recommend.

I bought this along with two other Christmas themed Little Golden Books. I had these same stories growing up and was excited to start collecting and reading them to my daughter. I gave them 2 stars because of the quality of the books. Overall they are OK, but the pages stick out farther than the covers on all sides (other than the spine, obviously). They protrude about 1/8 of an inch, slightly more in some spots. Aesthetically, this bothers me a lot so I trimmed them all down. Other than that, the quality seems decent. We shall see how they hold up over time.

Bought it with the figurine set for my granddaughters. The two compliment each other perfectly, our little girls can reenact the story over and over!

Our daughter loves bedtime story time and Rudolph is her favorite Christmas show so it was a no-brainer for Santa to leave this in her stocking. It deviated slightly from the original story and leaves some parts out (thus the loss of a star), but my 4-year-old daughter didn't seem to notice.

I didn't care for this book at all. The abominable snowman that likes to eat reindeer...well that really wasn't what i wanted to read my son before bedtime. Some may really like this story. Just wasn't for me. Take out the reindeer eating monster and i suppose it's ok but i regret the purchase.

Rudolph was one of my favorite movies growing up, and I was really excited to get this book for my sons first Christmas to read to him.The illustrations are adorable, and the story is just the right length for an 8 month old's attention span (though there were a few times we couldn't get through it). He will enjoy it even more a few years from now.

Perfect addition to our christmas book advent calendar. I wrap 25 Christmas books and the kids open one book every night starting Dec 1st. My kids, ages 4,2 and 1 loved this one.

I purchased this for an elementary school library. I read it to a group of kindergartners. It is the original story in a beautiful picture book. It differs slightly from the better known song, and cartoon. It could be used to compare and contrast literature in a primary classroom.

This is not my first Mastering AutoCAD book. I've been working AutoCAD since 1988; version 2.6 on 5-1/4 floppy. I bought my first Mastering AutoCAD for version 9 and I have purchased updates ever since. This book can be used as a step-by-step guide for the beginner, or a reference guide for the advanced. Should you be looking to become AutoDesk AutoCAD Certified, this is the manuel to help you get there.Mastering AutoCAD 2013 breaks down each menu, submenu, and command for the readers understanding. Starting with chapter 1 each consecutive chapter builds on the one before it, introducing the reader to more and more complex skills. Referencing is easy enough utilizing the Index as a map.Let me add this. Although this book is for Beginner thru Advanced, it is a must that you understand and/or have a healthy background in Drafting and Design. AutoCAD is a wonderful tool, but unless you understand basic drafting skills such as placement, layout, dimensioning, ect, or if you are looking to simply draw a floor plan for yourself, you may want to look for a lesser involved book. If you are the professional drafter/CADD operator looking to enhance or update your reference library, this is the book for you.

The last copy of AutoCAD that I purchased several years ago had an extensive paper reference library included, but this was not the case with my copy of 2013, perhaps because it is a student version.This book goes a long way in filling the void. For me, it is easier to follow a procedure in a book while working on-screen with the application than using on-line help except for very minor operations.

I am a certified instructor and a university teacher and in both cases this book has helped me to prepare my instructor sessions and university classes. I would recommend "Not experience needed" AutoCAD book too.

This books seems to have it all. I plan on going through it step by step. I like the fact it comes with a CD ... For the price, it's one of the best. This book is also one of the approved books by autodesk if you want to get autocad certified.

Very good text book. I previously used auto-cad 2010. And had to update my skills for the newer release.Brian Benton, the co-author does video tutorials also. Excellent teacher. Unfortunately most video tutorialteachers talk waay too fast and ASSume you know a lot of technical stuff. Brian Benton on the other handspeaks as if you really were in a conversation with him.

This book has a lot of good information in it. I use this as a reference book. It's sometimes easier finding information in this book, than it is the AutoCAD wikihelp.

I bought this guide because I needed some direction about how to get my commercial drivers license - and this book pretty much has what I was looking for.It's not a 200 pages book, but I liked the fact that it gets right to the point and uses simple examples to explain the complete process to getting a CDL. In addition to explaining driver requirements, class information, endorsements etc, this guide also provides links to some companies to approach for on-the-job training.Very happy with my purchase.

I understood everything about becoming a truck driver. what it in tells and what to with the info I received from it. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about driving as a career.

It is good basic information, but I believe that the information found here is something you could get for free anywhere else

Overall this is a well thought out CDL Training guide and definitely a time saver. A few more examples in the "exam process" section would be useful, but even without adding these, I still recommend this book.

It gave a lot of helpful information like things that might get you rejected from getting your cdl and it helped me understand the type of cdl I was going for. Besides that it wasn’t the information I was really looking for I thought it would be more of a guide to passing the cdl test or frequent questions. Besides that all of the information in this book is essentially in the cdl manual. I’d say the little bit of info found in this book is just further broken down.

Of you do some research you can find out this information anywhere.Would recommend if you don't want to do some research

Well, as the saying goes, "all good things must come to an end." And this is the case with Lynne Gentry's Carthage Chronicles trilogy. The storyline in books 1&2 were so exciting that it was hard to wait for the release of the third, and unfortunately last, book in this series. Lynne did not disappoint with picking back up with the story and carrying us deeper into the character's lives. I was so truly invested in the characters that I didn't want the book to end! Lynne's writing style is captivating and makes it so easy to imagine and feel what her characters are experiencing. I am truly sad that this trilogy has come to an end, but I just have to hope that Lynne will continue to excite us and spur us on to think deeply about things as she continues to publish other books!

This was a heartbreaking conclusion, but I don't see how it could have been any other way. Lynne Gentry captured my attention from the first chapter of the first book and held it all the way through the book study questions of the final book--I didn't want it to end so I read through every word :)! This trilogy was well-written, well planned, and well researched. Go ahead and buy the three books at the same time because you won't want to wait after you finish each book! The fictional characters were brought to life so well that they'll be in my thoughts for a long time! I can picture each character and setting as if I had photos to view.

Enjoy reading Christian fiction, no swearing, with good taste in romance.

I am now an emotional wreck! This story of true love and steadfast faith is one that will stay with me for a long time.

This was such a good conclusion for the series! I loved every single book in it. In my opinion you should start with the first and read all of them in order.I loved how Maggie grew from the second book to this one. You really see her parents in her.

From the beginning of this series, I couldn't put it down. The characters were captivating and each book left me in suspense of what was to come. A glimpse into the reality of what history held along with the challenge of taking a stand fir Christ. May I share the love that was held between these characters and their faith in the One True God.

This format of this book is very misleading. I am a new Word user and thought that having screen shots was a great idea. Unfortunately, the screen shots are so small that you can barely read them. There are no step-by-step instructions indicating what menus you use to achieve what you are trying to do. The book covers a lot of material but visually it is not at all user-friendly. I ended up purchasing a different book which gives the user step-by-step instructions and much easier to follow for someone who is trying to learn the program.

Some descriptions of activities in the book do not appear in the actual Word program.I have attempted contact with the author/publisher for clarification on instructions in the book, but received no response.I would try a different book that this in trying to learn Word. This has been of little help.

The screen captures were nice, but I felt the book skipped over some basic information such has how to make word obey spacing commands and accept my choice of font as a default.

Very satisfied with my purchase and the surrounding process. Response/delivery time was also spot-on! Happy Camper. I'm a 'visual' learner and like to have text books as opposed to an on-line tutoring teacher, therefore, I also ordered the Excel 2016.

A very useful and algorithmic book. It is easy to understand, answers every question you need, and at the same time practical. You can see everything you search at one glance. Includes everything you need to work with word. The format is very simple and gives the reader a very good view.

The book ends up skipping some details that are needed to properly learn from. Some lessons cannot be completed because the wrong procedures are written in. Better off looking for another publisher's books to learn from.

A picture says a thousand words.This guide gives beginners the opportunity to follow the recipe without getting bogged down in text.For the visual learner, this is a must-have series to get started on whatever skill set of interest that they offer.

Love all Visually “teach yourself” books. They go beyond the “dummies” series and enable/address those of us who are visual/tactile learners.
